Eyal Nachum is an Israeli technology entrepreneur, software architect and founder of aibar.world - an AI-powered cocktail platform that enables bars, restaurants and hospitality venues to create personalised drinks for every guest, using the ingredients, pricing rules and operational constraints of each venue.

With more than a decade of experience developing business-critical software platforms, Eyal combines deep technical expertise with product strategy, commercial execution and international team leadership.

As CTO of MindCRM and MindConnect, he has led the development of advanced CRM, call-centre, telecommunications and business-automation systems - spanning scalable SaaS architecture, real-time communications, artificial intelligence, data-driven automation and complex integrations between software platforms and operational business processes. Eyal was educated at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has built and managed distributed technology operations across Israel and Ukraine.

Eyal founded aibar.world around a simple idea: hospitality technology should not replace human creativity - it should help venues deliver more personal, memorable and profitable guest experiences. The platform acts as a personal AI mixologist, understanding each guest's tastes, mood and preferences before creating a customised cocktail from the bar's real inventory, while the venue stays in full control of available ingredients, recipe feasibility, alcohol content, cost, pricing and final bartender approval.

Unlike experimental AI concepts, aibar.world is built around real hospitality workflows and is already operating with partner venues in Kyiv and Lviv. Its lightweight implementation works alongside existing staff, inventory and point-of-sale processes, letting venues introduce personalised cocktails without replacing their current systems.
